The main material from a loader is weigh measured batch by batch by the MCNumera. Together with a Movacolor Touch Screen Controller, the batch weight and the total consumption can be monitored. This gives you full control over your main material consumption.

The MCNumera is designed in a way that it can easily be integrated in existing Movacolor systems and can be used in many kind of systems. It can be used for both injection molding and extrusion processes, high or low throughputs. Different adapter rings make it possible to fit almost any type of loader on top of the MCNumera. Modular tube supports can be provided with the MCNumera to ensure a stable measurement.
