MCWeight Powder

The MCWeight P is designed to measure pourable powders, such as PVC dry mix. The MCWeight P can also be used for granular materials or castable regrinds containing dust. The design of the pneumatic blade opening is dust-tight. The sleeves are dust-tight, and there are additional dust filters for powder processing.

The MCWeight P, like the MCWeight, is designed to measure the current fill capacity of the extruder, save costlyAdditives and ensure a high quality end product from the extruder. The MCWeight P measures the passage of the main material and shows the exact passage/output of your extruder within seconds of startup.Combined with up to six MCBalance metering units, the MCWeight tracks even the slightest variations in extruder capacity. The additive dosing of the MCBalance(s) is adjusted accordingly. The MCWeight P for powder is available in versionsfor 500 kg/hr and 1,000 kg/hr.
